No returns or exchanges are accepted.

 

Damaged artwork

While I do everything in my power to package every piece up for a safe arrival, if your purchased artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jaystoneking.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Photos and/or videos of damaged packaging and artwork

Refunds for damaged original artworks are contingent on a successful insurance claim with the shipping provider.
